My work evolves through the making process and a love of textured fabrics. Intrigued by a vintage embroidery template I have explored a digital interpretation of the technique to create a collection of fabrics and trimmings. Layered stitches are hand finished to reveal stitch structure, colour mixes and hidden patterns.
