THE UNITED CITY
The scheme aims to connect individuals across Manchester through a magazine promoting events around the city. Facilities used by the magazine will be shared by the 'Industry Workspace' - rentable serviced office space for like minded creative individuals and business.
The project encourages collaboration and communication on both a local and metropolitan scale. This is has been critical in influencing the design of the building. All rooms circulate around a central 5-story void visually, audibly and physically connecting users, activities, programmes and place.
