BA (Hons) Architecture

Steven Brooks

This project is and extension of an existing building in an outer city area of manchester. It extends a skate park which is situated inside an old warehouse. The area is mainly used as carparking for people wanting to go into the city centre and is therefor mainly void. This project aims to help the community in the area by providing a Health Clinic and a pub for socialising. My main interests are to do with small scale buildings that are particular to that area. I also enjoy working at a small scale in terms of the construction of a building and working how out all the materials and components will work and fit together.
