Memories of the Future: A Reconstructed Remedy is an alternative therapies centre based in the heart of Ancoats, Manchester with the existing structure of Ancoats Dispensary at its nucleus.

Memories of the Future, is guided by Atelier considerations of memory and reflections combined with conceptual strategies and speculations in an effort to create a theoretically rich and culturally relevant design. The scheme is an extension of a design antithesis explored in the Atelier manifesto group which is based on the deconstruction and reconstruction of memory over time in an asymmetrical fashion.

The project proposes that through the development and integration of alternative therapies such as neuro-linguistic programming and aversion therapy, it is possible to create a society that does not reflect on its negative and unfavourable past.

I am based in south east London and currently seeking a Part 1 Architecture Placement.
