BA (Hons) Three Dimensional Design

David Hammond

Inspired by the architecture in our cities I create two dimensional images as paintings, prints and photographs. From these I form three dimensional art work using glass, mirrors and metal. Importance lies in illusionary effects which entice the observer into viewing them from various perspectives. As viewers see their own reflected image within the object they then become an integral part of the art. Thus, each person would take away a unique and personalised experience.
