Creating sustainable transport methods and recreational activities in Trafford Park is key to this third year project that is focussed around the Bridgewater canal. The canal infrastructure that runs central to the site has been utilised as a coherent route for cycling and vegetative networks.

A sprint track and an all terrain cyclo-cross course run through the site on the north/south banks of the canal. These cycle courses connect the site with the surrounding territory in Trafford Park. They also attract new visitors to the area by offering recreation in an area that is dominated by the work-place environment.
