“Take an object.

Do something to it.

Do something else to it.”     Jasper Johns.

My current work is about collection, form and transformation. My work is multidisciplinary. The textile techniques I employ vary with the concept and the context in which I am working. I like to re-use, re-purpose and recycle. Starting with items inherited from family members, items which hold memories, or with unloved items discarded by others, I set out to give these materials a new life.
