I'm David, soon to be Liverpool based artist. My drawings are very focused on narrative illustration and responding to the texts in the stories I read. I mostly work on coloured paper with mixed media but sometimes I will draw on etching paper and use purely charcoal. I try to include 4 key elements to each drawing: Perspective, Cinematic Viewpoint, Balance between Light and Dark and Variety of Marks and Tone.
