Process is key within my practise, using the medium of resin combined with various pigments to explore the unpredicted outcomes of mixing materials. Most recent works have intersected the realms of art and science. Replicating organic, natural reactions within cellular structures by working in a sequential, systematic manner to form my own synthetic cellular growths. The controlled method in which I work is contrasted against the unpredicted and unexpected outcomes.

Throughout the year I have experimented with glass, my later works have used both glass and resin, casting onto clear glass sheets. This relates back to the scientific themes, almost mimicking a microscopic slide or petri dish.
