Fine Art

In this day and age, in our society, the word ‘art’ is so opinionated, it is a challenge to be accepted as a successful artist by certain part of today’s society. A great example of this is how since the 1960s when abstract expression developed, artists like Jackson Pollock have a disagreement toward movements like photorealism due to its connection with digital photography. My work takes on that idea of having different styles of art and applying them to painting. To be more precise, a painting with multiple approaches. My practice tries to challenge the differences of these styles and finds systems to permits them to be on a single canvas. I believe in order to this, I have to break down the components of each styles to their basic formula and find their simuliates through this method.
