Nathan Cutler

Nathan Cutler is a documentary photographer who has recently graduated from Manchester School of Art. His practice is typically centred around capturing people’s stories, and often leans towards portraiture, comprising the interplay between subject, photographer and audience.

His current project, Gents is a study of spaces and groups that are traditionally seen as masculine and their place within a modern society. By shaping an abstract narrative, drawn from his own experiences within these environments, Nathan highlights commonalities that exist in places and the people that inhabit them.
