My work is formulated around ideas that I evolve and work through, until I can go no further, one idea at a time. This process can take weeks or months but the outcome means that I have endeavoured to research, explore, and react to every creative possibility.

The Lumen Project uses notions of balance, the use of light and how it can be manipulated. Lumens creative process has seen the development of a number of furniture designs, using elements from these notions in their implementation. Lumen uses Perspex and LED lighting materials to enhance and illuminate work, this is also accompanied with traditional crafted elements, such as high quality ash finishes.
