I am a Textile Designer specialising in woven fabrics for one off pieces. Challenging the unconventional material and allowing it to have multipurpose. With a strong interest for colour and texture I create socially aware and contemporary fabrics.

The British Countryside has been a recurring concept inspiring my practice this year, researching into wool, colour composition and traditional woven structures.

The British Countryside is inspired by the great outdoors of England and the need to keep warm, whilst being stylish and practical. In the future, I hope to go on to complete a job involving textiles in the media industry, where that’ll be set design or costume.

As well as this I wish to travel around the world to further inspire future projects.
