Alice Gould

As a designer I specialise in textile design for fashion. Working from my own photographs, I draw by hand to produce fine line sketches and paintings that are manipulated within digital software and then prepared for digital fabric printing. My recent textile work brings to the surface cultural controversy through creative exploration of texture, scale and composition. This exploration then forms print collection created primarily for menswear and womens fashion. Future aspirations include practicing as a print designer within the fashion industry. Fashion buying is also an area I would like to work within.
