Interior Design

Brief: To create an engaging material library for all design professionals, with the aim to encourage material investigation in-between the four main stages of the design process.

I have been inspired by the Design Councils Double Diamond model to explain each stage of the creative process: Discover, define, develop, deliver. Each floor of the material library represents one of each of these four stages, and provides the occupant with the tools needed to accomplish their design ideas.

The space comprises independent and collaborative work stations to improve productivity. Material displays are located at interstices of the interior, to provides reflection points before stepping into the next design phase.
