Bheir An Cuan A Chuid Fhèin A-Mach

A short experimental film exploring guilt, sadness and the pursuit of happiness. Juxtaposing nature and violence through the medium of VHS, this film aims to explore the nature of memory in relation to guilt, and especially the conflict between ones pasts and one's desires for their future. It has no material plot, instead relying on a combination of imagery and music to create a tonal piece reflecting on the struggle to reconcile past misdeeds with a desire to live a happy and fulfilled life, and what such a task may require. Inspired by but not based my own experiences, this film is a personal exploration of internal conflict.
