Sova
Narrative: Sleep has a range of fundamental physical and mental health benefits. This research explored poor sleep hygiene in young adults and how distractions can cause sleep deprivation through negative association between the bed and the action of sleeping.
Sova is a diffuser and sensory stone designed to support good sleep hygiene. The diffuser emits a relaxing scent for a set time to temporarily adjust the environment, while the sensory stone provides comfort through texture and weight.
