During Covid-19, 3.2 million households in the UK acquired a new pet, 29% of them were dogs. Post-Covid, when pet owners went back to work, 1.4 million dog owners reported that their dogs were showing signs of behavioural issues and distress.
Perro is a multifunctional dog toy that addresses the increased need for mental and physical stimulation for dogs home alone. Perro is a physical toy with an interactive interface to enhance engagement and cognitive activity. Perro’s supporting app enables users to monitor interactions to suit their pet’s preferences.
