Jules Dredge - MA Graphic Design and Art Direction

My graphic design practice is an intersection between visual communication, material experimentation, and socio-political commentary that reflects my background in human geography. I have been working across print, photography, type, and digital media with a research-led, experimental, and conceptually grounded approach.

My recent synthesis project, Melt, transforms found bathroom graffiti (latrinalia) into jewellery, branding, posters and publication design. This project has reframed ephemeral and hidden feminist messages into wearable, permanent objects, exploring jewellery as adornment and portable protest. The project sits between graphic design and craft by combining art direction, experimental typography, and metalwork to create a hybrid visual language.
