Michal Ciosek - MA/MSc Product Design
Hi, my name is Michal and I am an aspiring product designer. My practice in creative design began through origami when I was just 7 years old and has continued to flourish since. What began as a hobby became a key process for the way I work and think. Because of this, origami and paper folding is my primary method of designing and developing solutions, and is a skill I have used in almost every single project I ever took on.
My interest in paper folding influenced my approach to heavily focus on being hands-on. This approach works particularly well when ideas need to be externalised into physical forms.
I find myself particularly comfortable within team and collaborative environments. Providing input and support at every step, I am able to have a positive impact and influence on the project at hand. Using the skills I have learned and established over the years, my approach makes it easy to take ideas closer to becoming reality.
As my academic journey ends and professional journey starts, I am ready to take my skills further and apply them within professional environments to help solve problems and develop real world solutions.
