Umi is a photographer and creative director whose work explores the identity, expression, personal styles and sub/cultures of those she works with. Her work aims to shine a light on and give a voice to individuals who are not championed often in mainstream media. She works closely with the individuals in her images to create a concept, scene and image that holds important and valued parts of both herself and the models involved.
