Ben Phillips- BA (Hons) Graphic Design
Hi, I'm Ben and I'm a Manchester based designer and creative.
Over my time at MSoA, I've explored and developed a skillset that applies my love of history and storytelling to my work. I have experience with digital design work and industry standard software, but I also have a love of analogue media and working practices, and often look for ways to explore these when my work suits it.
Through my time on the course, it became apparent that my strengths lie in branding and identity, where I have developed a considered and detail-oriented approach to all aspects of my projects. I aim to create design work with layered meaning and hidden stories, whilst maintaining a strong presence and striking visual identity.
I have worked on numerous projects over my time on the course, but working as part of a team, and closely with clients, has lead me to some of the most fun and rewarding experiences, and is something I am keen to explore further in the wider industry.
