Through the eyes of a child
being young carefree and having a diffrent view of the world.
For my project i took a lot of insperation from the creativity and fun view a child would have. I took a lot of my insperation from my own childhood, my family are very centimental so i still have alot of toys, drawings and clothing from when i was little. I played around with lots of colour especialy pink. Pink is always steryiotyped as for girls, growing up everything is pink and i actualy started to have it but in this project i grew to love it and apreceate it. I wanted this project to look like it was designed by a little girl i wanted it to have this messy and fun playful vibe. I used a of techniques in this project such as Knit, sublimation print, embelishing and embroydery. I specificaly enjoyed working with knit as its somthing i want to develop my skills furthur espeshily shima and domestic knit. I grew uparound knit from my nanna doing it and then her teaching me and develeping them through after school clubs.
