HEXA
Hexa is a World Cup wall chart and branding project designed to capture the scale, structure, and shared experience of international football. Inspired by the geometry of the traditional football and the truncated icosahedron form, the project explores how tournament systems, national identity, and fan culture can be translated into a cohesive visual language.
The wall chart reimagines the way supporters interact with tournament information, moving beyond a standard fixture tracker into something more immersive and collectible. Using interconnected geometric forms, modular layouts, and a centralised tournament structure, the design reflects the complexity and excitement of the World Cup itself — where every match contributes to a much larger narrative.
The identity is built around the idea of connection. Each nation, group, and knockout pathway links together as part of one global system, mirroring how football unites people across different cultures and continents. The visual language combines structured grids and clean typography with moments of energy and unpredictability, balancing precision with the emotional chaos of tournament football.
More than just an informational product, Hexa is intended to become part of the tournament experience itself — something fans can interact with, display, annotate, and revisit throughout the competition. The project ultimately celebrates football not only as a sport, but as a shared global event built on structure, anticipation, and collective memory.
