Fatima Atif- BA (Hons) Illustration with Animation
Fatima Atif is a 3rd generation British Pakistani illustrator whose practice primarily focuses on creating book covers for both fiction and non-fiction books. Her illustrative work often features in her cover designs and can be characterised by bold colours and fine lines.She primarily uses colour pencils but also enjoys printmaking as well as using inks and watercolours, and occasionally felting.
In her work outside of book covers, Fatima shows an inclination towards depicting animals and likes to pull from her South Asian heritage, especially when using patterns and textiles in her work.
