Libby Andrews- BA (Hons) Illustration with Animation
Libby Andrews is an illustrator based in Manchester whose practice revolves around working across traditional methods, particularly focusing on collage. Her work is centred around children’s illustration and character design, where she combines creativity and playful visual elements to create imaginative and engaging imagery for young audiences. Inspired by animals as well as using her own imagination, she explores expressive personalities and whimsical forms to appeal to children. She enjoys creating her own collage materials, incorporating playful patterns, textures and bright colour palettes to give her work a lively and engaging quality. She enjoys working diversly across book illustration, pattern design as well as making prints.
