Dishun Chen

As our world move away from consumerism towards more collaborative society, it is important for designers to explore the sustainability potential of designing to collaborate and share. My work aims to design collaborative elements into our mundane products to encourage social interactions and emotional exchange between communities through the act of collaboration. Inspired from the game Jenga I designed a set of open sourced shelves that aims to recreate the experience of collaboration through building your own furniture together with the community around you.
