BA (Hons) Graphic Design
Hello, I'm Michelle! I have a big passion for digital design and painting. I have recently taken an interest in branding, publication and UX design. I enjoy creating work that reflects myself and the people around me, this helps bring a personal touch to the project.
URTH is a clothing rental brand targeted at 25-40 year old males. It is based around sustainability and this can be made into a fun and exciting experience for people who are looking to rent. The packaging is made from 100% recycled plantable paper which the user is able to grow herbs and flowers of their choice from. A look book is included with the products which acts as an invoice and manual for the products. The website and app are both fully interactive for the user to explore the brand and how to be more sustainable.
MONO is a publication exploring the stigma around colour-blindness which includes different stories and articles based on the subject. Colour-blindness is usually associated with seeing black and white, however this is not the case and people generally see different colours on the spectrum instead of how general colour vision would work. The publication is printed in the three primary colours, along with black and white as the brief was to design in RGB. The colour-blind version is avaible to view on artivive. I created an online platform to read the publication with a shop to buy supporting materials.
