As a budding interior designer ready to venture on my career, I aspire to further understand and support how individuals connect with space and how it affects their emotions. One aspect of the profession that I value is how human-centered it is, and I believe that spaces should be designed with the user in mind.

Carillon
Carillon is a music healing refuge that offers both individual and group musical therapy services, to the elderly and young children.
Located on the ground floor is a music retail space to purchase musical supplies and instruments. Visitors can purchase anything for their musical requirements in this retail section, such as music supplies from manuscript paper to instruments.
Music teachers who are mobile and primarily located in the city centre can also rent out fully equipped music rooms for lessons. On the lower ground floor, there will also be a performance area with a stage and seating.

ODE
Ode is a venue that provides a platform for voices and a space to listen for people who celebrate spoken word.
Spaces that offer opportunities like this enable cathartic expression and emotional processing, which leads to a more unified supported environment.
It fosters a culture of active listening. Just as important as the opportunity to speak, spoken word also provides young people a place to listen.
The site has a stage area with seating, a bar for refreshments, space for a poetry workshop and a retail section for poets to sell their work.
