I am a mixed media Embroidery artist. The main areas in my specialism is hand embroidery and Mluti head digital embroidery machine. I often like to combine elements of both together. I enjoy that one of these process is just as fast as how slow the other process. I usually like to work with subjects revolving Feminism and South Asian culture as this is my heritage. I am always inspired by women around me and women from my past amd their rebellions. I always hope that my work inspires the women to look into their own histories and lives for artistic expression as I have found that Its a huge way I have coped with my own opersonal struggles within feminism and gender inequalities.
