My Name is Robyn, I am a Product design and craft student at mmu Specialising in stained glass work , My Project is an embodiment of my rejection of femininity/childishness in youth and my effort to re embrace those elements of myself in adulthood. I aim to start a conversation about feminism and childhood and how we often push away things we love in a fragile state in order to be more palatable to the public eye and our childhood peers.
Representing this in a fragile medium such as glass is the perfect way to display the delicateness in femininity as beautiful and not shameful. And encourage the embrace of your inner child
