Hi I’m Tanya Fox! I love experimenting with different styles of design to let my visions come to life! I really love working with print, photography and video, and I’ve used these things as a combination in each of my projects. In one of my most recent projects, I created a tool which helps designers make more effective decisions in their work through combining the design of chess with the six main Bauhaus principles. I designed this into a book which moves in different ways to represent the indecision in making a decision, but also the game aspect of chess. For my competition project, ‘ISTD Spaces Between’ I created a campaign to support LGBTQ+ rights around the world through highlighting the stereotypes of the LGBTQ+ community in media. I did this through a book I produced, which used different aspects of print to make it feel intriguing and reflect my message in the right way. As well as this, I made my book into a video which truly highlights my message through using type and imagery. I want to develop my skills in different areas of design, particularly branding and video, to make new visions come to life.
