Self-Portrait: Eternal Elegance
Hi, I’m Sophie, and I am aspiring to pursue a career in PR & marketing. Alongside this, I have interests within photgraphy & styling, which I like to explore within my own time.
For my final university project, I developed a campaign for self-portrait called ‘eternal elegance’. This project allowed me to explore various skills, including design, where I proposed that the brand release a collection of modularly designed dresses to enhance sustainability and encourage consumers to re-wear their purchases.
To promote this collection, I photographed and styled a series of images to capture its aesthetic and beauty. Additionally, I filmed and produced a montage video showcasing the “getting ready” process before going out, tapping into the popular social media conversation of “getting ready is better than going out”. This approach engages the target audience more effectively than overwhelming them with sustainability facts and messages.
