The pseudo pilot is primarily a hand drawn 2D animation however features use of film stop motion & other practical effects alongside physical props. The short is a fast-paced introduction to the film's cast & setting with an abrupt end that could lead into more.
Spirits INN. Plot summary - Happiest man in london ((local drunker)) Sam Mconnel finds himself in a pickle after falling off Westminster Bridge, in a drunken stupor he falls on to the boat & under the service of the ferryman himself Grimm, before being taken to the underworld & forced to work part time ((all eternity)) in a bar with the least creative naming scheme in both heaven & hell, with 4 other patrons of the damned.
We are aiming for a Halloween release & want you to be part of it, that right Spirits INN. is still in production, even with most of the heavy lifting over & done with there’s still plenty to do & thanks to our films vast array mediums we have no shortage of roles to fill, so no matter your skillset from film to animation from audio to editing we want you to be part of it all.
We hope our display alongside our Spirits INN artbook / style guide will find its audience & hopefully convince some future collaborators too.
