Mortality

Art has always been my first language. From the moment I first held a brush as a child, painting traditional oil paintings under my teacher's watchful eye, I knew this was more than just a skill, it was how I understood the world. Those early years taught me discipline: how to mix the colours and oil until it reached the perfect consistency, how a single brushstroke could suggest an entire mountain. I fell in love with the slow build of layers.

My paintings today still carry those early lessons. I obsess over color, never using pigments straight from the tube. Instead, I mix complementary colors to create muted, atmospheric tones that seem to breathe. I prefer stiff bristle brushes for their ability to carve texture into the paint, giving each piece a physical presence you can almost feel with your eyes.
