pnoé

A holistic space that addresses the body, the mind, and the soul with the aim to promote a modern way of living a more conscious and balanced life in the area of Ancoats.

The philosophy behind pnoé derived from the Ancient Greek quote “Pan Metron Ariston” (Everything in moderation). The space responds to the excess of living in a fast-paced city and it encourages people of all ages to slow down and take a break - “take a breath”.

The host building, located on George Leigh Street, was once a place for teaching, learning and socialising. These elements are threaded back into the concept of pnoé as it encourages healthy habits by offering a range of different movement classes, healthy eating, various workshops, and weekly seminars related to well-being topics.

The goal is to create a community that embraces conscious living and supports individuals in their pursuit of well-being.
