Sophie Loren Moran is an illustrator and designer based in Manchester, UK. She creates enticing compositions filled with vibrant colours, satisfying shapes and energetic characters. Her work often focuses on bright and uplifting themes suitable for both children and adults. She has a love of reading, especially Japanese fiction, and her cat Sonic, these two themes often feature in her illustrations.
Her degree show showcases her latest and biggest project, SMOOCH Magazine. A 28 page magazine written and illustrated by Sophie. SMOOCH issue #1 explores the topic of adopting animals, teaching children how the adoption process works along with fun facts, stories of animals that have been adopted, activities and illustrations.
