Natasha Parekh BA (Hons) Photography
Natasha Parekh is currently a Photography BA (Hons) student, who studies at Manchester Metropolitan University. Her platform centres around body positivity and self-love, in relation to the female human body. Natasha’s work sends the message to viewers that all bodies are beautiful, and because she has struggled with confidence herself, this is her safe space to share these emotions through the beauty of photography. Natasha looks for the subtle way in which she can send her message to viewers. As an artist, she takes into consideration on how an outsider sees her images. This plays an important role throughout her work, as the image intentions are not always obvious, but she is still able to visually communicate to viewers, about her intentions. Her work allows viewers to map their own ideas for each image intention.
