Osian Roberts BA (Hons) Animation
My name is Osian Roberts and I'm an animator. My graduate film Tryweryn tells to story of Capel Celyn. The small Welsh village was drowned in the 1960's to provide water to the city of Liverpool.
My work is heavily influenced by Welsh history and culture. The film is narrated by myself, in Welsh. I hope to continue to make work based around Welsh themes, it's what I enjoy most and I believe it's a history that needs to be told more.
After graduating, I hope to study a masters in Animation. Following that, I'd like to continue creating independent films about Welsh culture and history!
