Hiya! I’m Emma, a final year graphic design student and proud Leodensian. Inspired by design with conscience, I want my work to make a difference - even if that’s just making people smile. My ideas originate from the physical and social landscape around me. I can’t wait to see what life after uni brings.
Consoul is a digital tool designed for teachers to start the conversation with students on the loss of someone dear. Aimed at Key Stage 2 it provides a safe space, and encourages discussion, with the ultimate goal of breaking down the taboo around death in our society.
Consoul is a fully branded, working web prototype classroom tool, with logins for both tutors and students, with desktop and mobile capability. I worked with KS2 teachers to develop the concept of consoul, testing at each stage it’s usefulness within a classroom environment, whilst ensuring it conforms to LEA guidelines.
