Hi I’m Lauren, my passion for design derives from an appreciation for visual communication, the exploration of ideas and challenging conventionality. I enjoy working with editorial, typographic and publication based design, immersing myself within narratives, considering myself to be a storyteller as much as a designer.
‘Mother’ is a unique project celebrating the life of Sharon Tate, the 16 page pamphlet is a multi sensory experience, accompanied by the ‘album of her life’ in the form of a playlist. Reframing Tate’s narrative through language and visuals, ‘Mother’ comments on female victims portrayal in media and themes of legacy and permanence.
